The documents required for forming a company in the UAE are:

• Clear color copy of the passport
• Clear color photograph with white background
• Clear color copy of Latest UAE entry stamp or latest UAE residency visa

Documents required to set-up a branch or subsidiary of a foreign entity:

• Attested and notarized copy of the Parent company license
• Attested and notarized copy of the Parent company MOA
• Attested and notarized copy of the Parent company board resolution
• Clear color copy of the proposed director’s passport
• Clear color photograph of the proposed director’s with white background
• Clear color copy of the director’s Latest UAE entry stamp or latest UAE residency visa
