Mrs. Amber Manzoor – FCCA, UAECA

She is a distinguished finance professional with over 9 years of experience in taxation, audit, and regulatory compliance. She is currently a part of the Abu Dhabi tax team of TRC Pamco, where she manages an extensive portfolio of clients in sectors including travel, hospitality, education, and manufacturing.

She holds the prestigious Fellowship of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), which reflects her global competence and deep technical expertise along with UAECA enabling her to perform statuary audits in UAE too.

She has developed specialized knowledge in UAE VAT and Corporate Tax, advising clients on tax structuring, compliance strategies, risk mitigation, and representation before the Federal Tax Authority (FTA). Amber has played a critical role in preparing businesses for the evolving UAE tax landscape, including the implementation of Value added tax and corporate tax.

Amber regularly participates in professional forums and conferences, including those organized by the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce, to be up to date on current tax practices.

Prior to her role at TRC Pamco, Amber was associated with a Big Four auditing firm and a large, listed company in Pakistan, where she gained comprehensive experience in external audits, tax audits, and representing clients during tax assessments and appeal hearings. Her hands-on approach and strong regulatory insight make her a trusted advisor to companies navigating the complexities of UAE’s fiscal environment.
